Kate Middleton promoted Shaping Us campaign at East London's St. John's Church of England Primary School.

She chatted with 4- and 5-year-old students about feelings and growing up in a nurturing environment.

The kids watched a claymation film from her new early years ad while holding their favourite plush animals.

Kate asked the group about the short video, swimming, birthday cakes, and ice cream.

They also talked about the people who have shown them kindness.

Kate launched the Shaping Us campaign with a landmark speech at BAFTA on Monday.

She established The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood's Instagram page in Leeds on Tuesday.

Kate has been progressively creating a team of advisors to help the Centre promote the importance of a child's first five years.

Those close to Kate say that this ongoing work will define her public duties for decades to come.
