Princess Kate and Prince William celebrated St. Patrick's Day with the Irish Guards in Aldershot.

Kate is the new honorary Colonel of the regiment after being given the role by King Charles.

Prince William previously held the position but is now with the Welsh Guards.

William offered a farewell speech, while Kate said it was an honour to become Colonel Catherine.

Kate donned a custom Catherine Walker coat dress with military-inspired styling and a gold Irish Guards Shamrock Brooch.

She wore teal instead of green to match the 1st Battalion Irish Guards' bearskin caps' plumes.

It was Kate's second outing with the Irish Guards since becoming Colonel of the regiment.

She said it was an honor to be named Colonel and that she takes the responsibility seriously.

Kate thanked Colonel William for his support and wished everyone a happy St. Patrick's Day.
